How does it work?
Select the denomination you would like to have purchased. Once payment has been successfully made online, the Digital Gift Card will be automatically sent to the e-mail address used to make the purchase within a couple of minutes.
What if I wish to purchase multiple Digital Gift Cards?
If you are looking to purchase our Digital Gift Cards for multiple people, please checkout and make payment separately for each intended recipient i.e. if you wish to purchase 5 pcs of SGD 50.00 Digital Gift Cards to be given out to 5 separate people, kindly checkout 5 times separately, as each Digital Gift Card has its own unique QR code and 16-digit code for you to forward on to the intended receiver.
What if I purchased the Digital Gift Card for someone else?
After purchasing the Digital Gift Card, you should receive an e-mail that allows you to click on 'View Gift Card'. You will be redirected to a separate page with a unique 16-digit code tied to the Digital Gift Card. Thereafter, simply share the URL link of the page with the intended recipient and they will be able to utilise it.
Will I be able to utilise the original Digital Gift Card value in multiple batches?
Yes, for instance, if the checkout cart value (SGD 70.00) falls under the total value of the original value of the Digital Gift Card (SGD 100.00), the remaining Digital Gift Card value (SGD 30.00) will still be available for subsequent purchases.
