Order Cut-Off & Delivery Timeline
Orders placed before 9:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be delivered the day after the following day.

Delivery Window
All deliveries will be made between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Recipient Availability
Please ensure that both the sender and recipient are informed of the delivery and that someone is available to receive the order. All contact numbers provided must be accurate and reachable, as the courier may contact either party during delivery if required.

Unattended Deliveries
LUNA and Hush will not be liable for any damages or replacements if the customer allows the courier to leave the cake unattended or outside the delivery location.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the order will be returned to LUNA’s central kitchen at the end of the day. Customers may arrange their own collection from the central kitchen.

Uncollected Orders
Orders that remain uncollected by the end of the day may be disposed of at the discretion of LUNA and Hush. No refunds or replacement cakes will be provided under these circumstances.

Right to Amend
LUNA and Hush reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
